The Village of Morton Grove requires permits and licenses for certain activities, businesses, and events to help ensure they are conducted safely, responsibly, and in accordance with Village regulations. These requirements help protect the community and prevent the overuse or misuse of activities that may affect residents, neighborhoods, and public spaces.
Information and applications are available for garage sales, sign permits, pet registration, home-based businesses, special events, block parties, and other regulated activities.
